Booking Fee/Deposit
To reserve your session date and time, a 30% retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer allows me to hold your spot exclusively for you and ensures that your session is secured on my calendar.
Because your date and time are reserved specifically for your family, the retainer is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. My goal is always to make this experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for you.
If you need to reschedule your session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and offer your session time to another client. I will do my best to accommodate your new date and move your session to the next available opening.
If you find that you need to cancel your session and are unable to reschedule, please note that the booking retainer/deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited, as it reserves your date and time exclusively for you.

Gallery Delivery
I know you're excited to see your images, and I want to make sure each one receives the care and attention it deserves. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the editing and delivery process.
Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to your personalized online gallery. From there, you'll be able to browse through your images and select your favorites. After you've made your selections, I'll add the final touches and carefully polish each chosen image to ensure they look their absolute best.

Social media is a wonderful way for me to share my work and connect with families who are looking to capture their own special memories. From time to time, I may feature a few favorite images from our session on my website, social media pages, or other marketing materials.
Your privacy and comfort are always important to me. If you prefer that your images not be shared publicly, simply let me know before or during your session, and I will be happy to respect your wishes.
